[Challenge] Number of Tab Panels Deep

Submit to me screen shots of a solution that employs multiple embedded tab panels (tab panels within tab panels within tab panels, etc...) and describe what your solution does. Next week I will post the solution(s) that have the most levels of tab panels and/or is interesting in its own right.
