[Commentary] FileMaker Go Developer Humor

While cruising through the FileMaker Go documentation today, I cracked up at the iPad/iPhone behavior change for the calculation "Get(SystemPlatform)".

In lieu of a straight-forward linear numbering system, it seems the developers were able to sneak in what can easily be assumed as a value-based scheme. Nicely done :)

I wonder what their return list would be for the function "Get(CompetitorDevelopmentPlatform)"....

I like that they didn't see any value in being able to distinguish an iPad from an iPhone, too.

Hmm, yea. That has to be a slip-up. All-in-all, I'm pretty impressed at first glance. Emailing solutions? Now we can finally do porn on the iPhone/iPad. Just what we've been waiting for!
