[Documentation] Servoy 2.2 Documentation Now Available

If you have been using Servoy developer 2.2 betas and release candidates over the past few months you can load in the latest help files. Delete all of the files in the Servoy/docs/developer_manual directory, start Servoy developer, and open up "Help" (F1) to get a download docs dialog.
